About Us
As a family, we have enjoyed the experience of making and enjoying wild game meat for many years. With simple meals like Spaghetti Bolognese, Venison lasagna and Rabbit Burgers we are always trying out new ways to cook this delicious fresh wild meat.
Lee grow up loving the great British countryside environment, with many shooting and hunting experiences with his Dad (Dave), Brother (David) and Grandad (Ron), developing skills along the way. After they had been out for the day shooting Ron would get all the grandchildren helping him make his rabbit pie, which then became a speciality of his.
After meeting Lee, when we were teenagers, I got to understand why he loved the outdoors so much and started to enjoy it with him.
As we grew up, we would ask the local farmers if they needed help keeping on top of the wild game on their fields and crops, this help was greatly received. This lead onto the farmers then contacting us for help, which definitely but a feather in our cap.
I had never been one to try new foods however is was one of the best decisions I made. With the fresh lean and delicious wild game meat we started making all different kinds of dishes. I definitely will try more things now.
We went on to having our own little family. All the children have been brought up flourishing in our way of life and getting involved every step of the process. We feel it has made the children appreciate the great British countryside and the wild game meat it provides us with. Making this fabulous meat into meals for our family is so awarding and the children helping me doing it brings so much enjoyment and happiness.
As we loved changing the wild game meat into tasty treats for our family we decided to develop this letting other enjoy the food we were enjoying too.
